We are seeking a coordinator (or coordinators) to join the Lampeter Society Business Committee to take over the organisation of the Annual Reunion from 2027 and possibly to introduce other events to our annual programme. This would be an opportunity for the new organiser(s) to introduce innovative events and ideas to the Reunion weekend which would attract additional alumni while also retaining familiar features enjoyed by those who have previously attended. The role involves drawing up the reunion programme in conjunction with the Committee and liaising with the University to put the arrangements in place. The coordinator(s) will also manage the July Reunion weekend event itself. Ideally the new organiser(s) will work with Esther Weller as she organises the 2026 reunion.
